Molly McGuire's Private Party Policies

*Reserving an outside area is at the customers' discretion. These areas are weather permitting. If inclement weather does occur, we cannot guarantee space availability indoors. 
*There is no room rental fee for tour groups or school groups. These groups are not guaranteed a private room. Other guests may be dining in the same area. A private room can be arranged for an additional cost. Please make sure that you arrive on time. Your room rental time begins at the time of your reservation. *Final menu decisions and guest count are to be given one week prior to the event. 
*You are responsible for paying for the greater of the two — the confirmed guest count or the amount of guests present the day of the event. 
* A $2 per person fee will be charged for any menu changed less than 72 hours from event. 
*There is only one form of payment accepted per party. In the event of a cancellation, we require 72 hours notice. Otherwise, you will be charged $250. 
*Our menus are served "buffet style", but are NOT ALL YOU CAN EAT. The portions are ample size and quality is outstanding — you won't be disappointed. The food will be replenished for up to two hours. 
*We have white linens available for available a fee. If you are interested in other colors or linen napkins please let me know and I will try and make it possible. 

Molly McGuire's Space Rental Fee 

The Oyster Patio is the covered deck located behind the restaurant. There is NO RENTAL FEE for this area. It can seat up to 50 guests. 
Due to Molly McGuire's not having a room specifically for private events, the Uncovered Lower Deck and the Main Cabana can be rented for a Food & Beverage Minimum. This amount is based upon the revenue that would potentially be generated if not used for a private event. This number is based upon season, day of the week, holiday, etc. I will happily find the Food & Beverage Minimum for any date requested.

The Uncovered Lower Deck can seat up to 100 guests. The Main Cabana can seat up to 50 guests. Cocktail style parties can accommodate larger groups.

We charge based upon your count of guests that are 21 years of age or older. We do reserve the right to ID and/or refuse service to all guests purchasing alcohol.
